Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement if the following conditions are met:

  • Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of original purchase.
  • A valid reason must be provided for the replacement of the product.
  • Any product returned to Case10 without any proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
  • Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Case10. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
