Returns are easy at Case10. We offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement if the following conditions are met:
- A valid order confirmation number from www.case10.com must accompany your return request.
- Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition with original tags and packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of original purchase.
- A valid reason must be provided for the replacement of the product.
- Any product returned to Case10 without any proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
- Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Case10. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
