We use two shipping methods: NORMAL SHIPPING and EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
It takes 2-5 days to process and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email that contains the tracking number. You can use this number to keep track of your package until it arrives.
It usually takes 2-3 weeks for US and some European customers to receive their orders, whereas other international customers will receive their orders within 3-6 weeks.
Depending on which country you live in, expedited shipping can take up to 3-6 weeks. We ship using Fedex IE ,EMS and DHL which takes about 12-21 days for shipment.

Only PayPal (if enabled), debit cards,credit cards (AMEX, VISA, Discover and other international credit cards). Mailed cash or bank transfers are not accepted.
The default prices of our products are in USD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency.We accept USD and Euros. If you buy in a different currency, you can pay in USD. Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.

To Cancel the Order(s), please sent an E-Mail with your Order Number to email@example.com as soon as possible after you Purchased the Order(s).
Within a couple of hours after Purchasing your order, our Manufacturers is already processing and packing your Item(s). Unfortunately, after we start Fulfilling it, we are Unable to make any Edits or Cancel your order.
We will send you the Tracking Number of your order(s) to the Email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2 – 5 days after you receiving that Email.
If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, you may return it before order completion (when you click ‘Confirm Order Received’ or exceed confirmation timeframe) and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you.
